Haven't updated since my kidney stone. Since then I have had a few pains every now and then, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with water and rest. School is over now, which means a lot less standing! I have been trying to be productive at home and my mom helped me do some organizing and cleaning! Jed and I made a trip to Buy Buy Baby with our 20% off coupon and purchased quite a bit of stuff! We even ordered our double stroller! I finally feel like we have been doing something to get ready for this baby! There is just a lot less to do project wise to get ready for this baby!
I have felt good honestly. I have been having a few Braxton Hicks contractions, but nothing crazy. I have had a little back pain, but actually not as much as I remember with Ethan so far. I went to the zoo with Ethan one day and after an hour of walking around I was swollen and exhausted from the heat! And it wasn't even that hot! I am hopeful that we will not have a ridiculously hot summer. Some days I start to feel the weight of my belly at the end of the day, but not too bad yet!
I have been doing well with my weight so far. I have been gaining exactly what I should be gaining, but that could possibly change this coming Monday at my next appointment as I have been eating a lot more sweets lately! My last appointment went well - strong happy heartbeat!
I have been feeling a lot of movement! This baby loves to have dance parties in my belly! I absolutely love watching my belly move and being thankful for this blessing in my belly! My belly button is actually starting to pop out which never happened with Ethan!
Ethan is at Granny and Grandpa's house this week, so I am trying to rest and relax and spend time with Jed. I do have to do curriculum work at the central office 3 days, but the extra alone time with Jed has been nice. Can't believe that in 6 weeks our lives will drastically change again!
