Yard work weekend!

My dad came to Topeka to do some yard work for us - thank you Grandpa!!!!  Granny joined him for the weekend, and like always, we had a great time!  Although, when Ethan needs a nap, turning on the tractor while he is on it, definitely does not make him happy!

Topeka Huff and Puff

Hot air balloon festival - a very cool event.  Patty joined Ethan and I for this event, and we had a great time.  Very interesting to see what goes into flying hot air balloons.  Ethan was very into all the colors!

Labor Day trip to Sharon Springs

Three day weekends tend to bring trips home.  My mom is now living in Sharon Springs again, so we get to stay at our house again!  Ethan had a great time there playing with Granny and Grandpa, playing with cousin Abby (or just tackling her), and hanging out with Lester's crew for a little bit.  We love going to Sharon Springs (just wish it was a little closer!)!

Ethan was so smart, Grandpa would give him a weed and he would take it down to the end of the driveway and throw it away!
