Omaha Trip

Ethan and I also had a chance to go to Omaha in June to see Jed's brother, sister-in-law, and our two adorable nieces.  We had a great time, once again - we love spending time with family!

Western KS Trip

Ethan and I were able to head out to Western KS for a few days in June.  We picked up Aunt Sarah in Salina and headed out.  By the end of the weekend, all of my mom's siblings were together for the first time in years!  It was so much fun to hang out with family.

Chiefs 5k

On May 18 I ran in my first 5K race at Arrowhead Stadium.  Patty, Jed, and Ethan came to cheer me on.  I ran with Kristin, Elisabeth, and Christine.  It was so much fun.  Because of this race, Ethan got to be in the Chiefs locker room and on the field for the first time!!

Ethan's first haircut

May 10 we finally scheduled Ethan's first haircut.  I had a hard time parting with his hair - so I of course saved a few curls!!  We had our friend Lisa at Beauty Brand's do it, and she did a great job with Ethan!!  He did a really great job as well, he sat still and watched video's on my phone!
